Hello nail art lovers!
I am excited to share with my latest stamped nail art, it is a snake skin with bizarre color :) Welcome back to my Stamping ABC post series where I learn and share about my newbie stamping nail art experience!
I think using this color combo makes the snake skin nails experience more chic and lady like. Here are my stamped snake skin nail art in daylight.
Stamped snake skin nails in artificial light. You can see how the base color looks more purple.
The base
For this manicure I used one truly loved but unfortunately discontinued nail polish. It is Rimmel London Hot List, a purplish taupe crème packed with very fine hot pink micro shimmer. Color looks dusty in daylight and more purple in artificial light. Chanel Paradoxal is the closest color I have came across to replace it. On that base I stamped MoYou Londnon snake skin from their The Pro image plates collection #3.
The stamp
I thought Hot List would pair great with a taupe cream color, so I chose Zoya Normani for my snae skin stamp. I was so pleasantly surprised it stamped great! I have already shown you Zoya Normani in my Zoya Naturel spring 2014 post.
I love how this nail design turned out! I had great fun recreating animal skin on nails using shades which are not typical for its natural coloring. I will certainly continue my experiment with strange color animal skin nail art and show you what turns out!
Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed!

Happy you like it! I am enjoying this look so much that I may even remake it for my next mani and I wear the same color/design twice in a row so very rarely…
