Hello lovelies!

Today I have for you a cute and super lazy Christmas tree nail idea. I love the nude base with neon glitter formula of Yes Love G1-5 glitter nail polish I reviewed below. I thought it would be fun if I added a Christmas tree on white base. I used striping tape to outline the tree and added a golden stud on top to embellish it.

Yes Love G1-5 neon glitter nail polish review
A few words regarding this Yes Love nail polish characteristics. This formula is a beautiful peachy nude base packed with different sized neon particles. The formula is rather sheer on two coats so for these nails I got full coverage in three layers. You get a lot of neon particles in this nail polish so you will not have to struggle to get any on your nails. The formula lasts for 4 days with top coat. It is difficult to remove so I suggest using the kitchen foil method to take all glitter off without rubbing and damaging your nail base.

You can get nail polishes from this range online, packed in 6 for a fair price. They are fun to wear, I have 6 and enjoy each of them :)

Hello lovelies!

Today I have for you another stamping experiment I tried soon. I really like how precise and sharp the stamped snowflake images are but find them too harsh in the white-on-something option. So I figured I would enjoy the stamped snowflake more  in a jelly sandwich.

Snowflake winter nails in blue jelly tutorial

First, start with one jelly layer
The only jelly nail polish in my collection is a cobalt blue by LCN. Unfortunately, there is no number on name on the bottle, it must have faded away in time.

I think blue fits the wither theme so I started with a thin layer of the jelly formula to serve as my stamping base.

Then, add white snowflakes
My snowflake pattern is from the Bundle Monster Holiday image plates set I have reviewed earlier on the blog. The image is from plate BM-H02.

Last, add another layer of jelly formula
When you add the second jelly layer it builds up to develop the base color and at the same time it does not go too intense over your white image and stays transparent on it.

You can add your favorite top coat to increase design depth and shine.

Hello nail art lovers!

Today I have for you a quick and easy nail art idea with striping tape. To get the look below simply paint your nails nude and your ring finger white. Then add three pieces of striping tape to your middle finger tip and paint it white.

Nail polishes I used are my favorite white Essie Blanc and the beautiful nude Zoya Chantal.

Hello lovelies!

I have been feeling lazy these days and find myself attempting fast and easy manicure designs :)

These roses I got using water decals and a good layer of Essence gel look top coat.

Hello nail art lovers!

I have already shared with you my love for gradient nail art designs along with my regret that I have not mastered making them yet… Today I have for you  some ideas how to repair your gradient nail art in case it did not turn out perfect on every nail or it has worn off on a nail or two :)

TIP 1: Add solid color + polka dots

For this design I thought adding a solid color in one of my gradient colors will fit the design. I added polka dost to make it cuter. For this design I used Essie, Models Own Pink Veneer and China Glaze At Vase value over a white base of Essie Blanc. I added a layer of China Glaze Fairy Dust to smooth the gradient out.

TIP 2: Use striping tape and full coverage

My next idea is to use some striping tape on some of your nails and cover your gradient completely with an opaque color. When you take the striping tape off, your gradient will still come through the full color. I chose to cover with white.

Hello lovelies!

This post is a mixture of a tutorial, stamping nail art and a product review.

Bundle Monster 2013 Holiday Collection review
I am happy to share with you my love for this Bundle Monster stamping plate collection! I have loved it forever and when I was finally going to get my hands on it, Bundle Monster were so kind to offer is as blog sponsorship!

This is a collection of 25 image plates with a festive theme to all of them. I think this is a super versatile collection as you may pick images to match various Holidays and represent their spirit with nail art.

Browse the gallery below to find a detailed image as well as each plate’s individual code.

The plates have the usual round form. They are easy to use and especially to clean. Images  transfer easily and super clean. I have used the plates on several occasions with special stamping nail polish as well as with regular nail colors and have received the same beautiful effect every time.

You can get this set directly from the Bundle Monster web page.

Vintage multi color Balloon nails tutorial
Here is my first nail design with the Bundle Monster Holiday image plates. I chose BM-H 20 plate to transfer the balloon image on a white base.

I love this multi color vintage effect so much! You can recreate it by adding three colors of your choice on the image plate and then scrape the excess polish off. The scraper mixes a bit th color on the plate itself and when you transfer them the colors blend on your nail.

I added a matte top coat to help the images pop and got a ton of compliments :)
