Hello nail art lovers!
I am back from a long and enjoyable Easter Holiday country trip and can’t wait to share with you some cute nails!
First, paint some of your nails purple and some of them pink
I am not sure I am calling the colors I chose the right way though. These are China Glaze Petal to the Metal and China Glaze What a Pansy and both of them are very unique shades. With the first one being a vibrant pink and the second a bluish purple shade, I thought I would give this nail design a fun base.
Then, add some colorful polka dots
I used several colors to add lines of dots to this manicure. All the nail polishes are from China Glaze summer 2014 City Flourish collection. For the dots I used my favorite dotting tool – a regular pin head. I used Grass is Lime Greener, Metro Pollen-tin and At Vase Value in combination with my base colors. It turned out a lot as an Easter nail design although I hadn’t planned it to be.
Last, add top coat
Add a good layer of top coat to seal your design and make it last longer. China Glaze City Flourish nail polishes have a semi matte finish to them which I prefer to conceal with some old school shine :)
This was my colorful polka dots manicure idea, thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed!
